Efficient Drying · Reliable Actuation · Designed for Modern Dishwashers
At the end of the washing cycle, the thermoactuator inside the ADO is energized.
The internal wax expands, pushing the plunger forward.
This movement actuates the latch and releases the dishwasher door.
The door opens slightly (typically 7–10 cm), allowing moist air to escape while fresh ambient air enters.

This process significantly improves drying efficiency without additional energy input.
Thermoactuator Stroke: 12mm
Output Force: ≥ 65N (within ~70s)
Voltage: 110/240V, 50/60Hz
Temperature Range: -10°C to + 90°C
Humidity Range: 30%–95% RH
Life Cycle: ≥ 10,000 cycles
Installation: Screw or snap-fit
Reverse Force Protection Design

· Improved Drying Performance
Releases hot and humid air after washing, accelerating natural drying and reducing water spots
· Energy Saving Alternative to Heating Drying
Reduces reliance on high-power heating systems by enabling passive air exchange
· Quiet and Reliable Operation
Thermoactuator provides smooth, quiet linear motion
· High Force Output in Compact Size
Delivers sufficient force to unlock and push dishwasher doors with stable performance
· Cost-Effective Compared to Motorized Solutions
Simpler structure and fewer components help reduce system cost while maintaining reliable performance.
· Enhanced User Safety
Supports delayed opening when temperature drops to a safe range (typically 50–60°C)
